The Survey Research Associates Call Center offers Online Surveys in conjunction with their Call Center. The Respondents are given a choice of doing the Interview over the phone at the most convenient time for them, or if they prefer, they are given a link to the Project with a User name and Password, so that they can do it at their own pace, anytime they want. With Online Surveys, there are no missed questions as with 'mailed questionnaires'.

We then do Follow-up Calls to the Respondents that agreed to do the Surveys Online.
