WHAT IS A SURVEY RESEARCH ASSOCIATES INTERVIEWER?

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate or equivalent is desired
Good command of the English Language (oral & written)
Clear, pleasant & professional speaker
Handwriting must be neat & legible
Ability to handle rejection
Flexibility to work extended or different hours (only as needed)
Knowledge of computer keyboarding

DUTIES

Collecting data for various research studies by use of the telephone
To have active participation in training or briefings
To assist in the guidance of studies as requested
To participate in client monitoring

RESPONSIBILITIES

To secure completed interviews through the use of a structured questionnaire
To insure that completed interviews are of the highest quality and meet with the expectations of the client
To meet or exceed performance expectations on all studies
To be flexible and accepting of any and all study assignments
The ability to work as a team while being respectful of those co-workers around you
To maintain a professional work atmosphere at all times
